Pets are allowed at this vacation rental (Max of 2 pets no more than 50lbs each). This rental does require you to climb stairs if the elevator is not functioning, however there is an elevator (pictured). Parking notes: Should be plenty of parking under the building. If a Lift is present, it must be out of the water when not in use. If left in water there will be a $200 fee. Additional information regarding boat slips included in rental: Boat Slip for "V Hull" only. This slip is not for lifting pontoons or other Hulls. On a normal tide, the boat slip will accommodate a 34"-36" draft The chocks from front to back are 11" & 6" from center to center. The chocks are 45" apart, center to center. Proof of insurance policy to use boat slip is required.
