Ridiculous protestors have pretty well shut down the railways, so the ships must sit in the harbour loaded with goods.

Both Canadian & USA customs were a nighttime had to wait over an hour before we were through, we boarded our ship just before it sailed we arrived to embark at 12 noon & boarded ship 3.30pm sail time was 4pm what a waste of hours
