"Front desk was efficient but not super warm or welcoming. Room and balcony was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Housekeeping was very efficient. Nespresso machine was a plus. We would book another stay. "

"Spacious, well equipped suites. Comfortable beds. Large flat screen tv in both the bedroom and living room. Included breakfast is very good with many hot and cold items available. Only downsides are that some of the furnishings in our room are beginning to show their age and should be replaced. Also, when our room was cleaned, only one new towel was provided for the two of us, and whoever cleaned the room also removed the soap bar we had brought with us."

"Overall good Hotel however the pictures on the website looks several years old as the current condition of Hotel there’s no resemblance to the pictures Also the price that I had paid at the time of booking several months ago had reduced market Lee nearer the time I forgot to price check near at the time otherwise would’ve bagged decent saving The staff are very friendly and helpful, and we had a pleasant day nonetheless Like anything else if you can secure a good bargain, then it’s worth a stay because it’s only a short walk to the BART train otherwise if you end up paying similar to the rates of hotels in central San Francisco, then the whole hassle of taking Bart back-and-forth doesn’t worth it Also, there’s nothing in the area of notice. They’re only a handful of cafés and restaurants. We didn’t dine there but the choices look very poor so there’s hardly anything for you to do or find in the vicinity."

"A decent choice but many annoyances. They charge $25 a day for parking in a place that has no business charging for parking, and there was the hassle of getting in and out through gates with scans and a card. Checking in I learned the place charges a daily facility fee on top of the room rate "like a resort charge," the guy who checked me in said, but there's no resort. (It's for the so-called free WiFi plus small gym and small pool.) Most annoying was a sensor in my room that flash on the overhead light every time I went to the bathroom even at 3am. EVERY TIME, requiring me to go turn it off while half asleep. (It would turn off on its own but after a long wait.) The staff was nice and the room a good size with a fridge but not a place I'll be returning any time soon. "
