9/10 Wonderful! (47 reviews)
Not a 5 star hotel and the room although it was very big and nice, was dirty, particularly the bathroom. The pools are old and quite small, if you want to go to the beach you need to walk 25mins. There isn’t good coffee around and nothing to do.
I don’t recommend it at all.

The overall experience was great. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful even though there was a difference in language. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Nightly events were fun and engaging.
One feedback I would like to share, I do think the hotel has a sewer backup issue. They were days my room smelt like sewage. I did place a request in for them to check it out. Issue was temporary solved but found it's way too my family rooms which was next to my room. But overall I had a experience.

"We had a pleasant stay overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped, with everything we needed for our stay. One issue we unfortunately encountered was with insects. We found one larger bug (around 5 cm) in the kitchen and several smaller ones in the shower area. They appeared ..."
