This is the perfect hotel for exploring Milan. It’s only a short walk or tram ride from the city centre and all the attractions, in a quieter part of town. The rooms are very well appointed and there is a fabulous breakfast buffet and restaurant, but what stands it apart are the incredible staff. They are so friendly, helpful and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. Super helpful. Excellent, quiet location with great links to transport. Railway station for the airport is 5 mins walk and metro 2 mins walk across the square. Excellent and well equipped room. Cool in a heatwave!

"Amazing spa, but disappointing room versus the photos. 2 star quality, 3 at best. The hotel itself is old. Twin room with single beds pushed together sold as a standard double, taxi service was late, parking arrangements didn't appear to be well coordinonated. Staff friendly however."
