Room was small, but very comfortable and clean. Staff were professional and polite … this includes those in reception, those who clean the rooms and especially the people who were running the breakfast area. Also really liked the location of this hotel … in easy walking distance of the station, the central market and the main retail area.

Internet struggles when in the rooms, but the rooftop bar/pool area has strong wifi and it's a much better place to setup if you have to do some light work. The views are stunning from the rooftop, you can watch the sun set and skip the tourist trap spots for that. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The bar staff makes the absolute best Aperol Spritz we found in the city as well as a Hugo Spritz (our new favorite). Breakfast is delicious and covers both local and international options. We highly recommend staying here as it's perfectly located in the city for all the major sightseeing options. Will definitely be back.

Location is great, walking-distance to main attractions. Breakfast could be much better. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Room was clean although some mosquitoes were around the bathroom.

The hotel was amazing. The location was fantastic for our short city break and the staff on reception could not have been more helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. We got great nights sleeps as it was so quiet. Would highly recommend.

I loved everything on and around this property. Sitting at the heart of that shopping district, every place I wanted to visit, was just max 15 mins walking distance.
