Very comfortable and quiet room even though it was overlooking the pool area. Enormous comfortable bed. Air conditioning was good and easy to control. Bathroom was excellent with walk in shower. Very good hot and cold buffet breakfast.

The staff were very hardworking and attentive. The design of the room incorporates modern elements with the roots of the building beautifully. We can’t wait to come back.

A good hotel, but wrong location for a young family Hotel Riu Bravo is a victim of its own success—it does so many things well that it appeals to a broad crowd, but the dominant demographic remains guests visiting for the nearby nightlife, bars, and beer halls. Finding a family-friendly hotel with a pool near Palma while avoiding both the rowdy party scene on the west and the mega-beer-gardens on the east proved to be a real conundrum in Majorca. That said, the staff were fantastic. They do an amazing job efficiently managing food service for such a high volume of guests. Rooms were also well maintained. A few areas for improvement: 1. Clearer Branding: The hotel needs to define its target clientele. If it aims to be adults-only, market it as such. If it wants families, providing a kids' club during peak holiday weeks would make a massive difference. 2. Transparency on All-Inclusive: Clearer communication is needed around local alcohol restrictions (the "3-drink rule" / 0.0 All-Inclusive laws) and how RIU properties in Majorca differ from the global RIU family brand, as they currently feel out of sync. I wouldn't stay in this specific area again. Next time I want to be near the city, I'd willingly trade off having a pool for a quieter location. One to tag as lessoned learned.
