"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wish we had more than 1 night. It is cozy and well equipped. The thoughtfulness put into hosting was amazing. The location was very convenient to some downtown restaurants and super close to the beach! The beds were extremely comfortable and the ceiling fans provided for ultimate air flow. Everything seemed to be new or updated. We will definitely look into staying here again when in the area!"

"The stay never happened. My son is on spring break and his flight home got cancelled around 10:30pm. I booked through Hotels.com and upon the confirmation from the actual hotel I see you have to be 21\. My son is 19\. Called the hotel. They said that's the poloicy and they couldnt check him in if not 21\. They would not cancel because I booked through a 3rd party and had to go through them. Well, tried that immediately last night. Representative on line could not help as the hotel has to cooperate and waive which they would not do. No where on the site did I see the 21 restriction. This morning called customer service and same response. Called the hotel a 3rd time and dealt with the same lady that basically said too bad..the policy is what it is and would not forward me to a higher management person. The whole experience is completely frustrating and I will never stay at a Hampton and I will never use Hotels.com or Expedia again. I understand policy. Nobody can understand a parent worried and be a little helpful? Money is money I guess and circumstances and people clearly do not matter. Shameful."

Plenty to do without leaving the resort- pool, beach, coffee shop, entertainment. We’d come back!"

"I booked a stay at Club Wyndham Resorts through Expedia during our vacation, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. We had actually booked this stay about three months in advance expecting a smooth and relaxing vacation. The room we received looked significantly different from the photos and description shown on the Expedia listing. The condition and overall appearance did not match what was advertised, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. When we saw that the room did not match the listing, we informed the front desk immediately and requested cancellation. Expedia said they couldn’t process it because they couldn’t reach the hotel. Since we couldn’t stay there, we had to quickly book another hotel at a much higher price, which was very frustrating after planning this trip months in advance. Another uncomfortable part of the experience was the aggressive push to attend the Wyndham Vacation Club sales presentation. Even after we explained that we only had one day to spend in Miami and wanted to spend that time with our family, the staff continued encouraging us to attend the session. We arrived around 9 PM after a long drive with tired and hungry kids, but instead of a quick check-in, we had to deal with repeated sales pitches."
