    Maronja from our Premium Collection for up to 8 guests, is a Holiday Villa in Pollensa, Mallorca with a Private Swimming ( heatable upon request for a charge ) and a beautiful private garden incl shaded terrace and gas bbq, with optional gating ( no costs ), 4 Smart Tv´s ( living room and 3 bedrooms ), Sonos music system in and outside, Table Tennis, children’s toys, private parking for max. 2 cars, air-conditioning throughout and walking distance from Pollensa town!



    Discover Villa Maronja, a beautifully restored premium villa in an exclusive, quiet area of Pollensa, just a short walk from the historic old town. Part of our Premium Collection, this villa offers modern comfort with rustic charm, featuring exposed stone walls, luxury furnishings, and top-quality amenities.



    Perfect for families, groups of friends. It comfortably accommodates 8 guests across 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all en Suite.

    Villa Maronja has been lovingly refurbished, combining contemporary fixtures with rustic accents.



    - Ground floor: Modern open plan American kitchen with an Island and chairs, with top-of-the-range appliances incl Bora ceramic cooking, wine fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, and breakfast bar; spacious dining area seating 8; bright living room with Smart TV and fiber optic internet access, opening onto terraces with views of the gardens. One double bedroom Suite is as well located on the ground floor, plus an additional guest toilet. The ground-floor en-suite bedroom also has private patio access.



    - First floor: three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, built-in wardrobes, and two featuring Juliette balconies to enjoy the mountain and countryside views. One bedroom includes a freestanding bathtub for a touch of luxury. One bedroom has access to a sun terrace.





    Outdoor Living & Pool



    The villa sits on an approx. 400m2 landscaped plot with terraces, alfresco dining areas, and sun loungers for relaxation in the Mallorcan sun. The private pool is perfect for cooling dips or family fun and can be heated or gated on request.



    - Double daybeds provide shaded relaxation areas

    - Children’s soft play area with Wendy house for entertainment

    - Landscaped garden offering space for games, reading, or enjoying a drink in the sun

    - Welcome hamper included with : Orange juice, wine/champagne, beer, snacks, coffee capsules, tea, milk, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper.

    - A fresh water dispenser with cold and hot drinkable water is located in the property with one 20 liter bottle included for the guests arrival. Extra bottles can be ordered for 25 Euros giving 1-2 day notice during the week ( no weekend delivery ), payable to the maintenance team.

    - Towels provided (1 shower towel, 1 small towel, 1 pool towel, per person ), with mid-week towel change and quick clean either on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Extra cleaning can be arranged giving sufficient notice per hourly rate of 24 Euros plus Vat per hour.

    - Laundry area with washing machine for longer stays

    - Private driveway with covered parking for 2 ( one behind the other ).

    - 1 Baby bed and 1 highchair available free of charge

    - Optional private chef services available upon request, speak to our office



    Maintenance: Gardeners and maintenance staff access the property 2–3 times per week to supervise installations, check pool quality, clean terraces, and water plants. For longer stays, full garden maintenance occurs on Friday or Saturday morning.

Stunning Villa

A fabulous villa in the perfect location, just a 5 or 10 min walk through beautiful Pollenca Old Town to the main square. The House Keeper was incredibly friendly, efficient and helpful when we needed support. The house was very clean and organised on arrival with a lovely welcome pack. Be aware you need to dispose of your refuse regularly and it would be a bit of a trek if you don’t have a car. Not quite enough seating in the sitting room for movie night although the floor cushions helped.

5* luxury a short walk from Pollensa

Had a fantastic 9 day stay here in June - absolutely stunning accomodation, renovated to a very high standard. We were 4 adults and 4 children from age 5 months to 5yrs and it was perfectly set up for us. Loads of children’s toys, there was even a bouncy chair! Little shallow bit of the pool was a nice touch too. Very quiet and private but only a few mins walk into beautiful Pollensa old town. The service provided by Iris and her BV team was first class. Nothing was too much trouble. Iris greeted us on arrival and was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We will definitely book with balearic villas again - fantastic! The only slight inconvenience was having to walk to the bins to take the rubbish - but it seems this is something everyone has to do. We will probably hire a car next time!

The quality of furnishings/applicances, the pool layouts/depths, the kids area, the day beds, the main TV and access to multiple channels/Apps the layout, visibility across internal and external areas (important with children) the clever external shading, the location in relation to Pollenca. Absolutely gorgeous villa and brilliantly located

The villa is a stones throw away from the old town of Pollença, where you can find numerous lovely shops and restaurants. The villa itself has everything you could need and is thoughtfully laid out. We stayed here with my 20 month old neice and she was also so happy here The accommodation itself was stylish, Chile friendly, extremely comfortable and lots of space. The outdoor space was fantastic with a brilliant pool and garden space. We loved staying here! Nothing!

Fabulous family villa

We booked the villa for our family which consisted of 8 adults. The communication before we arrived was excellent and Iris was on hand once we had arrived to answer any of my questions. The property is a perfect location on the outskirts of Pollença, only a 10 minute walk to the centre of town and a 5 minute drive to 2 local supermarkets. The villa is very comfortable and we had everything we needed to enjoy a week in Majorca. There is plenty of space to relax both inside and outdoors and we loved eating outside, enjoying long lunches. I couldn’t fault the villa, the location is great, it’s very comfortable and a great place to spend time relaxing with family and friends.

property is gorgeous .. great location .. everything in villa required .. was exactly as advertised .. we had a fantastic time .. just a couple of things I think there could have been a information booklet with instructions for appliances ... where nearest bins are located ... etc... taxi number ... local doctor ... also a name on villa ..would have been helpful x a larger bbq would be better for a large villa x
