The marvelous view goes over fields and meadows up to the big bay of Pollenca and the imposing peninsula Cap Formentor, as well as the Tramuntana mountains. Finca Aubello was built at ground level and is decorated in a rural style. Four bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes and air conditioning share three comfortable bathrooms, one of which has only access through the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities: gas stove, electric. Oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and a small dining table. The bright living-dining room has a cozy sitting area with flat screen, DVD player and a large dining table. The windows and a glass door lead to a large covered terrace, from where guests can enjoy the view. Another covered terrace is located in front of the house, equipped with table and benches and a ping-pong table. Right next door is the outside kitchen with running water and brick barbecue. The swimming pool is surrounded by a dense lawn and z. T. of a short-cut hedge that offers windbreak. There are plenty of sunbeds and a small table with chairs that can be positioned anywhere.
