This hotel is very resort like. The food was horrible both the buffet and regular restaurant. We were not able to eat anything completely except for the pizza. The staff was friendly but the guests (maybe because there was a biking event going on) made us feel very uncomfortable. We are from the US but have a Hispanic background and I felt extremely uncomfortable the whole time there. This is not the hotels fault at all but wanted to note this as we luckily only booked 2 nights, had we not, we probably would have left early. The property could use some upkeep and there were a lot of mosquitos in the room and around the whole property (we stayed all over the islands and had not seen this issue elsewhere so I am not sure why it was specific here). The room was very spacious but could use some renovations.

We loved pretty much everything about our stay at Viva Blue. It is very family friendly and my 5/8yr olds loved the entertainment and activities. Huge shout out to chef Victor who was absolutely amazing, my daughter is coeliac and this was our first trip away since diagnosis, he made it very easy, showed us all the gluten free options, and even offered to cook options for her from scratch which he did 3 evenings. Certainly there were some things that pointed to being too busy (slow service esp in el patio), and some housekeeping quibbles, but we really enjoyed our stay

This hotel is great, but made fantastic by the staff. All staff from the waiters, bar staff, cleaners and gardeners are all extremely friendly and attentive. Be aware that you are only allowed to eat at the A la Carte restaurant once during the week within your all inclusive deal. This was not something I was made aware of until I tried to book a table for the second time.

The property was really nice. Our room was nice, besides my kids uncomfortable bed. They had a pull up sofa and it wasn’t that great. Other than that, we were happy with our stay. The buffet food was delicious. However for those on diet like myself was hard to say no to the food and alcoholic drinks, so If you’re on diet of some sort, I suggest you don’t book all inclusive. The staff was terrific. They’re very attending and helpful, especially the waiting staff at the buffet. They were ‘flying’ to get our drinks, refills, and made sure everything was okay. The waiting staff surely makes a difference on a hotel stay especially when you’re all inclusive and they’re always there to help you from kids wanting things non stop to preparing capuccino on the go. I would definitely come back to Palma. And I can surely see myself living there. Very safe and beautiful little towns. Thank you Palma for your hospitality:)

Rigtig dejligt hotel med gode værelser og masser for børn. Grundet Corona var oplevelsen anderledes men det er ikke hotellets skyld. Deres buffet var gennemsnitlig men frokost var rigtig god.

Great pool, gym and bike facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. The food was, in general, pretty good. Looked to be great for families, too, with lots of activities and staffers who genuinely loved kids. Recommended for families and triathletes. The biggest downside was the location next to a large wetlands and the resulting plague of mosquitoes.
