Nice beachfront apartment in Puerto Pollensa

  • Modern and comfortable second floor apartment situated on the seafront with exceptional views over the bay of Pollença and the mountains.

    The apartment has been totally reformed consisting of one double bedroom with twin beds, living room with a double sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with large shower. There is air conditioning hot and cold in the living room, 9 m² front terrace overlooking the sea.

    Located right on the beach, supermarkets, shops,bars and restaurants to 30 meters.

    Puerto Pollensa is a fascinating place to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. Over the years, the Port of Pollença has become one of the preferred locations for visitors to the island.

    Pollensa village is just 7 km from Port Pollensa. This village has narrow, winding streets, a variety of cafes and bars and an attractive thirteenth century church. It also hosts several festivals throughout the year. It offers a golf course with 9 holes. Alcudia is just 8 km away, offering a vibrant nightlife, and many family activities like water parks and go-karting tracks.

    If you want a souvenir market of Puerto Pollensa is the ideal place. This market is held on the square every Wednesday from 10 am to noon and is the perfect place to buy leather, lace and pottery crafts that reflect the artistic culture of the area. You can also see the beautiful art on display in the museum and art gallery Pollensa.

We had the most amazing stay. The apartment was exactly as pictured and the location couldn’t have been more perfect (right across the street from the beach, plenty of cafes and restaurants on the street, etc). Lucia also gave us so many amazing recommendations of things to do (calas, restaurants, etc) which was so helpful as it was our first time in Mallorca. We can’t wait to come back!

Booked this property through VRBO web site, easy process. Fabulous location immediately adjacent to the beach. Several restaurants within 5 minutes walk from the apartment and groceries/pharmacy/souvenirs shopping also close by. Apartment is entered via 4 flights of 8 steps (no lift). Neighbours left, right and below the apartment, maybe something to consider if you want it really quiet! Small kitchen area within open plan lounge has all necessary appliances/equipment to self cater albeit we ate out every night because we prefer that. Good shower in a nice bathroom (no window). Nice balcony. Good apartment for 2 people (and maybe 2 small children). Lucia (apartment contact) kept in touch via mobile/wotsapp and although we never needed to contact her (except on arrival to check in) she made it clear she was always available if we had needed anything.
