  • From its peaceful location in the wetland nature reserve Albufereta, Catalina d'en Picarol Petit offers you fantastic views that get lost in the distance towards the peninsula of Formentor(Pollença) on one hand and on the other towards Alcudia.

    One thing to note is its proximity to the sea, as it is located just 600 meters from Pollença's Bay Beach. Another is the fact that it is within 5 km of the three major urban centers in the north of the island, Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia.

    This house is ideal for couples who want to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside whilst having the amenities offered in the city center just in a few minutes.
