"La Perla de Pollença 15" is a home featuring several private terraces, one of which overlooks Pollensa Bay and the mountains.

This beautiful apartment is located in a well-maintained private gated community with only a few apartments. It features a common area with a pool and garden, as well as a parking space that provides direct access to the apartment.

On the first floor of the duplex, you’ll find a beautiful, bright living room with an open-concept kitchen. It is equipped with a chaise lounge-style sofa bed, a television, and a dining area with a table and chairs.

From the living room, you can step out onto a large terrace on the same level, offering plenty of space with a table for dining and enjoying the outdoors, complete with views of the mountains and the pool area.

This terrace leads to a magnificent solarium located on the upper level, where there is a chill-out area featuring sofas and a small table, as well as a barbecue and hammocks for relaxing, sunbathing, or enjoying wonderful evenings. From this terrace, we can enjoy 360° views, allowing us to see both the sea and the mountains.

From the living room, we also have access to the lower level, where the three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located, one of which is en suite with the master bedroom. All three bedrooms feature large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The master bedroom, with its en suite bathroom, opens onto a lovely terrace facing the pool area.

All bedrooms and the entire home are equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort, and are fully stocked with bed linens and towels for your stay.
Two of the bedrooms open onto an enclosed outdoor area, where you’ll find the washing machine and a space for drying laundry. The master bedroom features a lovely terrace overlooking the garden and pool area.

This penthouse is located in a very quiet residential complex with a lovely common area, where you can enjoy a large pool and lawn—ideal for swimming and sunbathing.
