Difficult to get a lounger on the beach despite the hotels claimed policy to stop people reserving them with towels and leaving them empty

Hotel was very nice. Breakfast was decent. Housekeeping staff did a nice job with cleanliness. The only minor thing was the beds were not the most comfortable to sleep in, otherwise no complaints.

Great hotel with good food, nice rooms and nice pool. I recommend all inclusive for drinks at the pool. The barman is nice and makes drinks to order (strong, weak, sweet). The rooms are clean, big and comfortable. They are cleaned daily. Beware that only about half the rooms are renovated. Check the pictures before booking. You will get a room from the picture. The hotel is honest. There are plenty of activities for adults but not so much for children. They have an awesome Greek night. The staff is a bit cold. They aren't rude but they don't try to remember you either. There is a lot of young staff working the summer holiday. The only staff who scared me was the manager or owner older lady. She doesn't talk much but gives dirty looks for kids being loud and childish. Other than her, the rest of the staff is OK. The pool is clean and good size with a lifeguard. The rules are enforced with no jumping or playing around the pool. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will come back.

We had a great recent stay at the Hyatt in Thessaloniki. It is a very well-run hotel with an excellent restaurant, beautiful pool, and great service. The gym and tennis courts are also excellent. It's also very close to the airport.

Amazing boutique hotel experience. Would recommend 100% and would definitely stay again. It was clean, cute, amazing views of the water, excellent breakfast, friendly and knowledgeable staff. A 10/10
