"Was looking for an airport hotel with extended parking at a reasonable cost. The BW website was not clear about their parking policies and cost. It was an unpleasant surprise to learn at check in that it was going to cost me an additional $150 for 10 days of parking. Should have been disclosed at reservation time."

"Very close to the restaurant with a shuttle that is on time. Everyone is friendly, they know you are traveling and try to make your stay hassle free. We have stayed here before and will likely stay again."

"The hotel itself was fine. It was clean and I felt safe, which is all I can ask for, considering the circumstances. But what I want to commend is the gentleman working the front desk when I checked in. There had been a ton of flight cancelations and countless people like myself were stranded and getting last minute rooms, and the line when I arrived for check in was really long. This was obviously not an expected surge in visitors and there was just the one staff member and let me tell you, this guy was HUSTLING. He was not messing around! He had a guest/party at each of the three computers and was running between them to keep the check ins happening as quickly as possible. I think I was in line for 45 minutes, easily, and I know he was working at that pace long before and after I was up in my room. I hope the hotel knows what a rockstar they have. I wish I remembered his name, but it was 3/12/26 at roughly 9:00pm. "

"We have enjoyed this hotel previously. This time was a disappointment. We intentionally booked because of the 24 hour shuttle as we knew we would be arriving very late. When I called from the airport for a shuttle, a recording said the shuttle only operated from 4 am to 1 am. It cost me $25 in taxi fare. The desk clerk said the shuttle was 24 hours! No offer to lessen the pain of an unnecessary $25. fare. "

"What an adventure! Crazy snow storm with a power outage (shout out to all the amazing folks involved in making sure we stayed cozy and safe) then gorgeous sunny/clear weather after. Epic views all around and literally steps to the water. We adored this place and would 100000% stay here again. Mohssaine the caretaker was SO nice to chat with. Eric went above and beyond and Cheryl was a delight to communicate with. 10 stars. "

"Angie was an amazing host. The property is incredible. Pretty much you own private beach as far as the eye can see. The house was beaufiful and is perfect for anyone looking for privacy and relaxation."
