« We had an amazing vacation at this beautiful beachfront property! Very clean and all the amenities we could possibly have needed or wanted. We were able to bring our dog, which was very much appreciated. The check in/out process was a breeze. The property is very comfortable with a relaxed beach vibe - perfect for unwinding from our busy schedules. The views are spectacular and Point Roberts is a treasure! Loved every minute of it and we hope to return. Would highly recommend! »

« Lovely short stay at Birch Bay. Property was surprisingly spacious and the kitchen was well equipped for a small family reunion. Location was windswept (it was early March, so unsurprising!). Beds were very comfy. House warmed up quickly when the furnace was put on, although we had to turn it off overnight as we found it a little noisy, but that was our personal preference. Overall, would definitely stay again. Great property. »

« Everything was great, although the ad for the accommodations doesn't say anything about steep, narrow steps. The pictures show steps to the loft but not true to life. Not until I received the online guidebook the day before our trip, did I receive the explanation of the steep narrow steps. Older people and larger people would have an extremely difficult time going up or down them safely. « The entire condo was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable and there were all kinds of board games in the condo for entertainment. « An awesome place for a family vacation, great space inside and out. The sea otters were playing / fishing in the creek, neighbors are quiet, kitchen and grill were perfect. Great walks on the beach to burn off treats from the candy store. We will be back. »

« We had a slumber party for our daughters 10th bday and everything was perfect. It had plenty of table space for all the kids. Extra blankets and pillows. Living room space was nice and comfy, especially when the fireplace was going. I only regret not walking across the road to the beach, im definitely gonna have to come back some other time just for me. »

« For us the property was perfect! It was clean, great view, great location in birch bay, parking is easy, communication was good etc. yes the property is could use updating but this was disclosed in the description and we thought it was fine. Maybe I missed it in the description but pick up some duraflame logs for the fireplace. And if you have kids and want to use the racketball and table tennis facilities in the game room, would be best to bring your own game paddles, balls etc. »
