"The room and accomodations were great! Plenty of space as advertised, parking was a little unorganized but manageable. The groups main complaint was the string smell in the lobby. We get setting the mood and scene but sandlewood with a side of allergic reaction is not a good look. The sound was so loud as to be almost unmanageable during the check-in and traverse to the elevator. Thankfully, the spell did not permeate beyond the lobby. Thanks for the great stay, please tone down the welcome fragrance."

"It was a good stay, we came to gamble and that’s what we did, Casino itself is not one that offers to many wins, even small wins would be nice!! Room was nice but definitely needs so refurbishing!! Things need to be painted and really needs a deep clean, sadly the smoking room in casino really leaves the whole hotel with a slight smoky smell!! Rooms window was full of bird crap not nice to look at when you want to look outside! I have stayed here couple times before and it was great but this time you can tell it time to do some cleaning and necessary upkeep !! Staff was helpful and friendly, we had lots of luggage not one person was at the front door to help us with it, and couldn’t steer luggage cart was just to heavy for me and still guys doing nothing behind the desk just sat there!! No one of them helped us out as we banged into walls and couldn’t turn corners!! Sadly I think this will be the last time I visit silver Reef 💔"

"Great breakfast that stayed open till 10:00 am!! Lots of parking in a wonderful safe area. Rooms all had microwaves which I thought was so wonderful! And check out was noon, and also they gave you bottled water whenever u need it….. it bothers me when I have to purchase bottled water after paying for my hotel room!! These may be small extras but they all add up to a hotel that really cares about its clients!! When ever I can I try and stay with a big hotel chain and I find best western to have the best bang for your buck ❤️ staff was on top of everything from smiles to making sure the grounds were very clean殺 one more thing I was able to do laundry half way thru my 12 day road trip…….HUGE BONUS !!!"

"I had a good plus stay. I wasn't in the room much, but it was clean, comfortable and quiet. The property was attractive and well maintained and the hosts were non intrusive. The only minor feedback I have is that it would be nice to have some a couple of coffee pods, as I don't use them at home and didn't want to buy any for an overnight stay. I would also suggest a glow in the dark sign depicting the parking spot. I arrived well after dark and had trouble with the parking. It was listed in the directions, but there were so many directions I kind of skimmed over them and got confused. The sign was also hard to see. That said, the host was responsive when I messaged them and came right out to help."
