We had a large room with a good view. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The robes and towels were very soft. The property has an excellent gym, and a nice atmosphere.

The pool was relaxing, the bed was comfortable and sun bathing on the patio was peaceful. Only bummer is wanting to book a spa service but the prices were too high in my opinion. I’ll just wait til I get back home to go to my usual spot for half the price. Otherwise, cute esthetic. Enjoyed a complimentary wine tasting at arrival.

We upgraded to a second level room with a balcony (502) when booking, however we never used the balcony because the air conditioning system for the main building was so loud it was too u pleasant to be outside. We asked to change rooms upon arrival but the front desk was very vague about availability of other rooms and we seeks to have no choice to stay despite the whole place feeling pretty empty.

Ac is okay, pillow was given 3, but rather soft. Overall good location, good and decent hotel, but whenever nearby room door is closed, the air will make a loud sound to my door too. So when chambermaid is cleaning up rooms around mine, it will be endless slamming sound on my door too.
