"My only minor complaints were they didn't have ice available for the room and paid parking that was also taxed. We loved sleeping in an actual train car. We slept to sounds of a train on my cellphone. We will probably be back regardless."

"The Bear house is very beautiful and cozy. Close to all the local attractions. Lookout mountain, Ruby Falls and civil war battlefields are within 15 minutes from the Bear House. Kitchen has everything you will need to cook up a home cooked meal. I would highly recommend staying at the Bear House. "

"The house and property was charming and very inviting! The amenities in the house were plentiful and great to have for some cooking we did using the kitchen. There was a very comfortable bed and the shower was exceptional too! It’s always nice to have good water pressure when taking a shower. We enjoyed a local restaurant down the street and it was very close to the UTC campus where we visited our child who is a student. Very nice and we will be back when we visit again! I hope it’s available! "
