"Horrible customer service. The counter guy told me I could cancel one night on the phone, but on check-in, he said no and charged me for both nights. The building, elevator, hallways, room, everything was dirty and in terrible condition. It smelled of mildew and urine, there were cockroaches in the room, the air conditioning and TV didn't work, and they had no choice but to refund our money. It was a terrible experience, being my first time visiting Tennessee."
"Wonderful place to stay in Chattanooga. Next time we come, we’re definitely staying here again. The parking situation is a little confusing and it looks like valet is your only option, but it’s not terrible and the guys up front are super nice. "
