We only stayed for 1 night but really enjoyed our stay. The location was great. We enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pit, as well as our breakfast the following morning. The staff was very pleasant.

Everything about the inn was fabulous, down to the heated floors in the bathroom. The ladies in the office were great, breakfast was delicious, the room was very well appointed. The only improvement I would offer is that I would recommend that they check out their mattresses. The one in our room sloped downward from the center. We fixed it by putting one of the large bed pillows under the mattress and it was great after that.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The lawns are groomed and the flowers are unbelievable. The staff were wonderful. Office recommended an excellent restaurant and even gave us a coupon to use. The office had coffee, lemonade, and cookies. Breakfast was great. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Great pool. Location is right next to Covenant College and literally across the street from a fantastic tourist site .. Rock City. I could keep typing ....

This is a wonderful bed and breakfast. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. We stay here every year to at Christmas time to see the lights at Rock City. The breakfast is always good and so are the afternoon snacks.

We spent two nights and had a pleasant time. The facility is a mix of new and old, but it fits together well. The room was cozy but well-appointed. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor seating for breakfast. In addition to a daily breakfast, they have an à la carte menu, but you can literally have both. There's always coffee and tea, and in the afternoon, both hearty and sweet snacks. The only difficulty we had, and it was minor, was that despite simple instructions, we were unable to operate the coffee maker. Our goal was to relax, and we had no difficulty doing so.
