"When I was ready to check out the water cooler wasn’t in the lobby and I was told that I could go to the gym and get some water. I was ready to leave and I didn’t want to walk to the far end of the hotel before I left out. Also, I just wanted to grab a bagel and some orange juice to head out the door. There was no juice at all. Not even a machine, which they have had in the past. I asked the woman if they had any in the back and she said, the delivery didn’t come. I’m thinking to myself, that was the best answer you could give me!?!? And when I was checking in a young couple was at the front desk complaining about a bed bug that she found on her sheets when she went in the room to check it before they stayed. She demanded her money back and left the property. I asked them which room they were in and requested a whole different floor."

"Our room was spotless - very clean and tidy. The hotel staff was friendly & courteous. Breakfast exceeded our expectations- delicious with lots of options. Coffee always available which was very nice. Hotel location was very convenient to our wedding venue. "

"The kitchen was nice. Could use better pots and pans (non stick), and there was no dish cloth or anything to scrub pans. There was a dishwasher but I'm not running a dishwasher for a pan and two plates. "
