« Their 5 star review is so deceiving. Not true at all! We stayed at room 318 3rd floor non smoking and it smells cigarette and musty odor. Very uncomfortable. Towels have stains to it. Their bathroom door is hard to close. I would not recommend this hotel! »

« The entire room was absolutely filthy, from the floors to the walls to the shower. There was even pet food on the floor from the people before us. The toilet seat was broken. I mean completely cracked on the seat itself. We had to wrap a wash cloth around it to use the toilet and not get hurt. Mind you we didn' t wanna stay, but we were away from home and it was very late. The next morning we let the front desk know. They had the cleaning staff clean a bit more and replaced the toilet...

« Upon check in it felt like my booking through Expedia was a major inconvenience specifically from what I assume was the front desk manager. She was not very pleasant and kept referencing because I booked through a “3rd Party” I’m not eligible for upgrades and made my additional night booking a total hassle in order to keep the same room. Not the best treatment for people booking through Expedia overall. Room service is pricey and not very good. Free parking was nice but I wouldn’t stay again...

« We stayed for a fishing trip with Nor Cal Fly Guides. The home was clean and perfect for what we needed. The manager was prompt and quickly resolved a couple of very small issues (key pad and beeping smoke alarm). All of those very small issues were taken care of within an hour of check in and I was very impressed. The owner clearly cares and that is what really counts. Definitely recommend this place. »
