"The staff at Sutter Inn are very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, but there was smell from smokers in other rooms above or nearby. Sutter Inn is near to all amenities and downtown of Yuba City, and has easy access to main highways."

Walking distance to a liquor store and other type stores. No issues at all, us 3 old ladies felt safe there."
