Very calm, and Andy was very helpful.Large playing room with ping-pong table and darts.The house we rent had 3 bedrooms, a large dining room with a fireplace and a well equiped kitchen.We also used the swiming pool and large playgrounds."

"This property was located in a peaceful, rural location. There were plenty of seating areas both inside and outside. The house was very well-equipped and very comfortable. There was a constant supply of hot water. The owner sent us plenty of detailed information, prior to our arrival and checked in with us during the stay and on departure. The extensive library, board games and videos were appreciated. Les Vignes was a great place for our family holiday."

"Nous avons passe une tres belle semaine en famille dans cette maison tres agreable et "cosy". Tres bien situee entre Lamballe, cite de caractere et les belles plages a 15 mins. Mr Lemoine a ete tres accomodant, malgre la machine a laver qui ne marchait plus a l'arrivee, il a tres vite trouve une solution et l'a remplace sans tarder. Nous recommandons beaucoup cette location pour de belles vacances."

"Eine schöne Doppelhaushälfte mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, mit einem einladenden Garten. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Küche ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und der Check in /Check out verliefen reibungslos. Die Lage in dem Vorort von St.Brieuc ist ruhig und idyllisch. Sie lädt zum erkunden der Umgebung ein. Man kann Ausflüge nach St.Malo (1h) oder an die Küste und zu schönen Strandbuchten (20min) machen. Viele...

"A superb property and fantastic value for money for our one week stay. A simple and spacious property that was a fantastic base for us to explore Cote d'Armor. The only reason i have not given 5 stars was the close proximity to the host family and the shared garden. A private outdoor space would make it 5 stars easily. "

"Nous sommes déçus ! Les photos de l'annonce ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité ! Certes, cette maison est dans son jus comme stipulé dans l'annonce. La photo de la terrasse est très éloignée de la réalité. Les précédents locataires ont laissé le barbecue, ses ustensiles et les alentours dans un état déplorable et avant notre arrivée le ménage n'a pas été fait ! Les supports de douches sont cassés dans les deux cabines de douches. Divers ustensiles de cuisine gras et sales ! Des oreillers...
