Everything was beautiful and beyond excellent! The area was lively but easy to navigate, checking in took a matter of seconds, every time I walked by a staff member they said hello or good morning, the room was exquisite, even the hotels restaurant was AMAZING and they had 10$ coupons for each day I stayed to redeem at the restaurant/bar! I’ve honestly never enjoyed a hotel this much, it was like a hidden resort in the middle of the city, I CANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK!!!!

Our stay at the Otis was amazing from check-in to check-out. The front desk was always super friendly and attentive. Huge shout out to Aiden for checking us in and out on both days. The pool and rooftop bar was such a cool spot to hangout. The rooms are nice and spacious with a large walk in shower and ambient lighting. The lobby also just smelled really nice. They offer the scent for sale since it’s locally made. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again
