"This was my second time to stay at Hotel Pensacola. Just as the first time, check in process was quick and the front desk staff member was very nice. The Hotel was clean and it smelled good. My room smelled really nice, was clean, and very comfortable. Doesn't matter who you have contact with, front desk, housekeeping, or a representative on the phone, EVERY SINGLE PERSON IS nice and friendly and willing to help in any way they can. I'll be back in Pensacola in August and there is absolutely no doubt that I'll be reserving a room at this great little hotel!!! "
