The water pressure was very weak but ok. TV was very limited channels to watch unless you have a Roku account. Maybe I could have reached out to owner and got a pass but I didn't. Also the dinning room ac would start about 30sec and then would cut off for awhile but never reached out about that either because it wasn't to bad in the place. The bedroom ac worked great.
