"So close to the beach, beautiful house, comfortable family room and porch, great for lounging with the family after a day at the beach. The house is well-stocked, even with comfortable blankets for each guest to use while sitting on the couch. We truly enjoyed our stay."

"Stay was pretty good overall. Neighbors complained of loud music the second night when they realized who was staying there cause the music was at a respectable volume the entire stay. Also complained about parking in front of garage when 2 other cars were parked in the exact same spot. Host threatened to call authorities without even asking or checking in to see what was going on."

"We visited for my nieces high school graduation and made it a mini vacation We had a blast house was great nice and roomy for 4 teenagers and 3 adults Location is a fantastic, just a 2 min walk to beach with really nice sidewalk to get there. Had 2 bikes provided to us and my teenagers loved taking bikes down to shops enjoying som independence."

"The property was nice. The rooms were clean. There was a couple light bulbs burnt out and the a/c had a small issue but otherwise was nice. The bad thing was that this property is apparently seaonsal and we were not told that some of the restuarnts were closed and that there was no where on site to have breakfast includong the continental breakfast that was also closed due to seasonal. The only option was srarbucks for a coffee and bagel. Even starbucks does not make breakfast sandwiches during...

"We were in town for just that, my daughter's graduation and we secured this condo back in February for this occasion. The host was super helpful, she even offered payments in segments. The property was fully stocked with every need right down to beach chairs, beach towels, even hand lotion. It really was move in ready for us. I would most assuredly use this host and this property for your Pensacola Beach vacation and/or family function!!!"

"We were looking for a rental that would allow us to have a Private Beach experience. We were very impressed with the simplicity and cleanliness of the room. The room had the basics needed for meals, and a coffee pot with complimentary coffee. The property is close to restaurants that we frequent when we visit the area. We took evening strolls prior to the sunset it’s about a 20 minute beach walk to the beach area near the famous Pensacola tower.In fact one of our beach days was at that area...
