« I was surprised that we did not get any daily room cleaning service. One morning the cafe was closed Because an employee failed to show up for work. They did offer us compensation with free continental breakfast and compensation at the restaurant. Sean bent over backwards in apologizing to us. »

« Friendliest staff ever. From the valet parking, restaurant, housekeeping and front desk every one made sure you were taken care of. Bathroom shower was smart and beautiful, beds comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting UVA campus. »

« I would give a 5 if it wasn’t for the carpet in the room Don’t understand why still in 2025 they do room with carpet, as it is so disgusting since they cannot be washed between clients. What kind of thing is accumulated down there ! « This location is right in the heart of the University of Virginia grounds so it was very easy for us to drive to John Paul Jones arena for the basketball game and to Klockner Stadium for the lacrosse game. It is on a cu-de-sac with other houses. It is very close to restaurants, the Corner, and the downtown mall. « Chambre immense mais un peu vide avec peu de décoration d'où une ambiance un peu froide. Literie très bien salle de bain très bien. Personnel très aimable. Petit déjeuner avec un choix limité mais suffisant. A deux minutes à pieds du centre historique. »
