They went above and beyond to help us out from Georgia booking taxis for us to my friend behind the bar going to his house to get me cigarettes when I had run out big thanks (hope you enjoy Edinburgh 👍👍👍) cleanliness spot on ,food amazing,and very reasonable for top quality,. would recommend to anyone looking forward to seeing you all again thanks »

« Beautiful, large bedroom, comfortable bed, stunning view. Everything spotlessly clean. Exceptional bathroom. There was a problem with the toilet which was sorted by the time I came back from my day out and about. Friendly breakfast servers. I asked for more milk for my room, which they happily provided. Parking in the street wasn't an issue, costing £18 per day. Great location. »

« Grosse déception concernant la piscine notamment ! Nous avons réservé cet hôtel principalement pour ça et malgré un hôtel annoncé family friendly, nous apprenons en arrivant à 17:30 que les enfants sont interdits à partir de 18:00 (ils ont même semblé hésité à nous laisser entrer et sont venus avant 18h dire qu'il fallait sortir) mais qu'ils y ont de nouveau accès de 8 à 10 le matin, en plein sur le créneau du petit déjeuner. Mettre le réveil pendant les vacances pour déjeuner en vitesse dans la...

A notre départ nous avions oublié quelque chose dans notre chambre, et un membre du personnel a couru à notre voiture pour nous le remettre! Seule remarque négative : un panneau sur la route nationale aurait été utile pour trouver l'hôtel plus facilement. »

« Very warm welcome, I was travelling with my dog, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms exceptionally clean, towels super soft. Lovely size room. Very comfortable . Went into Bar for coffee, very friendly also 7 of us had Sunday lunch, everything was very nice. Will definitely stay again. »
