"I booked this room, because i booked an international trip that departed the next morning to another city. Literally 7 or 8 hours in the room. The front desk associate was super nice, but the room was not the best. I travel a lot so i always check the beds for bed bugs, and one of the mattresses looked like a crime scene from the first 48. Thankfully i had two beds and the other one was decent "

"The multiple police cruisers parked outside the Quality Inn (adjoining parking lot) set the tone for this visit. Last time I initially got a room that someone else was apparently staying in; this time I guess I got the worst room? The checkout clerk rolled his eyes in disbelief when he saw my room number. The room sufficed, despite the lack of functioning light switches, the short-sheeted bed, the strangely asymmetrical mounting of the triptych painting above the head of the bed, the toilet whose tank lid could not be closed, the ratty bathmat, extraordinarily slow tub drain, shower head with only one setting mounted at a height of approximately 5'10", and ludicrously slick tub surface (some sort of repair?). My biggest complaint was the fairly extreme road noise, which competed with the sounds of the dying mini-fridge compressor for my attention. It all worked - barely."

"I've never stayed at a Hilton property where management allowed very large loud parties to continue in the large open Atrium areas where all rooms are effected by the very loud party attendees, until after 1AM on a weekend evening. Or where management allowed groups of children to run the halls & bang on doors of other guests, very late into the evening as well. After speaking with several locals at a local event at another location, I discovered that this hotel is known to be a party destination for large loud parties late into the evening. Wish I knew this before booking."

"We've been staying in the same hotel when we're in the area! Staff are friendly and the place is clean. We love the game room and the pool. Hot tub was big. The gym is well equipt. Breakfast is normal. Rooms are clean. The cookies at the front desk are a nice touch! Only 2 things to point out: They didn't have hot chocolate this time. And our shower head seems to be clogged. Still, all good!"

"I stayed 1 night in the King Suite. Overall I had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly, the property was well kept, and the room was nice. The only small issue was I had a difficult time releasing the bathtub drain and both the drainage for the tub and sink was a little slow. Otherwise, no complaints. "
