DO NOT STAY HERE-Infested with bedbugs Upon check in we were greeted with a guest service agent very clearly done with his job. We went into our room that smelled of mildew, all the lamps were all unplugged then we realized the toilet was clearly under repair. Went down to ask for a new room. He said they were over booked but another guest hadnt checked in yet so we could have their room ? We walked in and turned on the light. When i say this room was crawling with bed bugs, im not exaggerating. The outlets were brown. We left immediately and had to find another hotel. Do not book here.

Super dirty room, sticky smears of takeout on the desk, coffee spilled on the nightstand, hairs in the shower, and the list goes on. Staff was indifferent. If I had the energy to go elsewhere after 3 days without sleep supporting a family member in the ER, I would have.

In the afternoon & evening there was never anyone at the reception area to answer any question. Very poor breakfast for the extraordinary high daily rate. We requested an extra hour to check out even offered to pay, but the answer was a flat “no”

RUN AWAY!!! Lost one of my reservations, charged me for a room I didn't use, ran out of toilet paper, no one at front desk from 7am-8am, no coffee, no breakfast, water damage on ceiling with drywall falling, one towel for two people, TV remote dead (yes, no one at front desk), blow dryer fell off the wall, rooms haven't been vacuumed in weeks or longer, suspicious stains on door, wall and ceiling, closet door falling off hinges, electrical wires for parking lot lights laying in grass with exposed copper. This place should be demolished. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Throughout our stay, the facility just didn't felt being tended to at all - e.g. when we arrived no one was at the front desk. We had to wait for ~20 mins until I found the guy sitting outside in his personal car on his phone. Same thing when we checked out. The public areas were very dim, one of the vending matching room water had leaked through the roof and was pooling on the floor. The room was very dusty and must had pet before as it triggered minor allergy reaction in my kid. I also have to complain about the breakfast - the hotel advertises "hot" breakfast but when we got there all we got was a few plain bagels, and cold waffles, some cereal, some juice and a urn of coffee. Again, no staff was tending the "breakfast bar". It's barer than the most bare continental breakfast I have seen before. I have photos to back up all my descriptions above. All in all, I think the owner of this hotel put no heart/effort into the service they offer. I felt scammed for the $100 a night I paid. Really bad experience.

Gave us the wrong room and said they "overbooked the hotel". Entire room was dirty. There was food on the floor and a bra under wire under the bed. Door could barely open. No extra toilet paper and barely any on the roll. Closet door was busted down. Wet washcloths on multiple surfaces when we got into the room. Found a roach climbing up the wall and nightstand. Disgusting place and I will never be coming back.

The property smelled smoke while it was not supposed to. The room was not very clean around the bed. No deep cleaning had been done for a while based on what I saw around the bed.
