"We did not actually stay at this property, as our reservation was cancelled by the host/Vrbo at the last minute due to a plumbing problem which they termed "environmental issue." This was of course disappointing, but luckily we were able to find another house, which "Vrbo care" helped with. And I did get an instant refund from Vrbo. The host(s)/property manager Eric/Jovie had been very friendly and welcoming in all our communications up to that point. I am sure he was as surprised and disappointed as I was that his property was suddenly un-inhabitable due to the plumbing issue.We used to live in the area where this property is located, so I can speak to it being a nice neighborhood with plenty of walkable green spaces, parks, trails, and sports fields. In Concord there are lots of restaurants and diverse cuisines to choose from. One drawback is that you have to go through about 18 traffic lights to get from this neighborhood to the freeway I-680. BART stations in Concord and Walnut Creek are about 5-7 miles away from this house."

"Towrls were thon, stringy and grey not white. Bed spread dingy and sheets stained. Only two pillows and the sheets and thin beadspread. No blanket. The front desk gave these two girls w a fog the wrong door and they knocked on my door. Then the cops came to the motel for someone. The water pressure was a trickle and the toilet didnt flush"
