"Lucca is very responsive , the communication is very smooth. The place is at very good location, just few minute walking distance to the leaning tower. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room itself is very clean and nice breakfast."

"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"
