"My partner and I came for the hot tub. We spoke to someone at IHG and they told us it was working. Ty - at the front desk - saw I was frustrated and took control over the situation. He offered a decent compromise and was adamant about helping. I truly appreciate his help and efforts. He really helped to make a disaster into a pretty good stay overall. The bacon could be a little crispier. That pool is heated a tinge above freezing. Overall though thanks to Ty (and Melissa) it was a good stay."

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights with our child and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean and quiet, with a nice, well-maintained property. The location was also a big plus — it was within walking distance of the plaza with plenty of shops and stores, which was very convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!"

"Checking in was miserable because there was a glitch with Hotels.com and I ended up having to pay twice. Which was later refunded after after going through much frustration and stress. The morning manager Victoria was fantastic, very helpful and understanding. The air conditioner needed repair/updating. The hotel was under renovations when I was there. The first night I was there, The bed was very comfortable. The second night I was there, I had a different room and the bed was not comfortable. So you have a 50/50 chance there. I would stay again in hopes that the renovations have fixed the air conditioner."

"We stayed at the Inn of the Dove in Bensalem to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and we had the BEST time! 殺❤️ From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was perfect for a romantic getaway. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and gave us exactly the relaxing experience we were looking for. We truly enjoyed our stay and made some amazing memories together. It was the perfect way to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and we will definitely be back! ❤️✨ If you’re looking for a nice place for a couples’ getaway or special occasion, I highly recommend the Inn of the Dove in Bensalem! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
