"O hotel tem grande potencial e uma estrutura magnífica, com tudo para proporcionar descanso e conforto. Justamente por isso, foi frustrante vivenciar tantos transtornos. Nosso chalé apresentava goteira na sala, internet sem funcionar e cortinas com mofo. Apenas a cortina foi retirada. Passamos dois dias reclamando da internet e da goteira, sem solução. "Turned up 4 people they said room only for 3 max. My friend offered to stay in a hammock outside the room . Not accepting that she then forked out over £100 for another room which was only available 1 night we were there for 2\. Then the management the next day had a change of heat and all 4 of us were allowed in the original room . Disgusting treatment just to get another £100+"

"This is the second time I have stayed at pipa Park and there is a good reason I went back. It's because it is like a paradise I have never been anywhere like this even where you parked the car is not just gravel or pavement or concrete it's actually tight grass. You can just drive on it it's amazing. The variety of different plants and palm trees is breathtaking. "
