A wonderful place to stay. From the moment you arrive you feel relaxed, with everything taken care of. The room and veranda were so comfortable sometimes it was hard to leave it. Right opposite the beach for long walks, and just far enough from the centre of Pipa, you can do lots or do nothing. We’d definitely stay here many time again.

Excellent staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning). Cannot say the same about the owners, which apparently don’t pay the former good enough salaries for their superb work, leading them to ask for additional guest disbursements upon checkout. One would think that paying such prices plus the restaurant plus the tips, everyone would be adequately compensated. Apparently this is not the case in this high-end establishment.

Ótimo hotel

Num contexto geral o hotel é ótimo! Quartos amplos, confortáveis e limpos, boas piscina, spa excelente. O atendimento principalmente da recepção é ótimo. Na minha opinião o café da manhã é de médio para fraco, as opções de almoço no hotel MUITO limitadas (te obrigam a sair) e o restaurante OCA esperei demais, fui dois dias, o ambiente é ótimo, mas a comida é bem OK, nada demais mesmo. Em resumo, é um ótimo hotel de descanso, instalações impecáveis, mas o quesito alimentação é incompatível com a categoria do hotel.
