Pior hotel que já fiquei. Tanto que decidimos mudar de hotel em menos de 24h de estadia. Não tinha como ficar. Desagradável! Horrível! Fotos não condiz com a realidade em nada! Fio dental e palito de dente usados no banheiro, chuveiro frio, pouca água, vaso sujo. Piso manchado. Papel higiênico uma lixa. Poucas opções no café e pão era uma tábua. Quarto sujo, frigobar encardido com borracha solta. Cofre sem cadeado e enferrujado. Roupa de cama com mal cheiro. Espelho descascando. Móveis estufados. Infiltração na parede. Porções na piscina ruins, buffet ruim, até o arroz parecia requentado no almoço. Decepção. Quando li os comentários, cheguei receosa, confesso, mas o atendimento do pessoal é o ponto forte do hotel. Só estranhei o mensageiro no corredor, antes da chegada à recepção, cortando nossas pulseiras quando estávamos nos dirigindo ao check out (para que não almoçássemos ou ficássemos mais 1 min no hotel. E olha que estávamos até antecipados no horário!). A comida é razoável e as estações são longe de onde as pessoas ficam. O melhor é o local onde servem pizzas à noite. O quarto é confortável e o pessoal do bar bem gente boa! Não espere muito pelo preço que se paga. O hotel tem uma estrutura antiga e precisa de manutenção. O ar condicionado não funcionou bem, a porta da varanda uma dificuldade para abrir, banheiro estava sujo e cheio de mosquito, péssimo. Alimentação é apenas nos horários específicos, poucas opções de petiscos que podem se servir o dia todo (10 as 21:30). Comida é boa, nada excepcional. Almoço no checkout não tá incluso. Limpeza das piscinas precisa melhorar. O que salva é o atendimento que foi bom. Mas quando se hospedar não espere muito. Gostei dos petiscos, apesar de todos os dias serem os mesmos. A comida do almoço e jantar não era muito variada, mas gostei do café da manhã e do lanche da tarde. A melhor parte do resort são as bebidas, com uma grande variedade de drinks, chopp Brahma e de uma marca local, cerveja em lata da Heineken, Bud, devassa, Brahma duplo malte, todas armazenadas em freezer. Havia espumante, vinho e água de coco em litro, água com e sem gás. Não tem serviço de praia e nenhum entretenimento para adultos e crianças. Somente a piscina e música a noite com DJ. Sempre tem funcionários limpando e recolhendo louças e copos. Todos os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e solícitos. Checkin demorado, ficamos nos últimos quartos do hotel, longe da recepção, restaurante, área de lazer, etc., mesmo havendo outros quartos disponíveis. Comida com poucas opções e quase sempre sem reposição, sem opções de carne bovina no almoço, jantar e petiscos na piscina. Boas opções de cerveja, mas ficavam em isopores, acabavam esquentando. Opções medianas de destilados e drinks. Café da manhã bom, mas eh impossível pegar tapioca, sistema lento demais, desisti. Quarto com mobília gasta, barulhos demais, banheiro acumulando água no piso, chegou a faltar água por alguns minutos inclusive, a vista para o jardim era horrível. Equipe se esforça pra fazer um bom atendimento. Infelizmente não retornaria. Prefiro pagar um pouco mais por um all inclusive de qualidade. Fomos para conhecer e infelizmente nos decepcionamos. As refeições do restaurante principal são boas. Na área de petiscos são poucas variedades e quase sempre as mesmas. As cervejas são de marcas boas (Heineken, Budweiser, Duplo Malote, Devassa e chopp Brahma e artesanal). Refrigerante com opção zero. Ponto a se avaliar é ter área de drinks fora do bar molhado da piscina. Se você desejar um drink ou uma dose de bebida quente à noite você tem que ir até o bar molhado (mesmo não estando na piscina). Outro ponto que frustou demais foi a nova regra deles, o check in inicia às 14h (quase depois do almoço) e o checkout ao meio dia, enquanto em outros hotéis eles te oferecem o último almoço, o Aram Imirá te proíbe. Isso mesmo, eu comprei duas diárias (de sexta a domingo) e cheguei na sexta de 23h, já não tinha mais jantar, o único ponto de alimentação são pizzas requentadas e com pouca variedade, não pude tomar drink e não tinha qualquer indício de vida noturna. Tudo bem. Na saída, cortaram a minha pulseira e o almoço é servido pontualmente às 12h. Justamente para ninguém conseguir almoçar antes de sair. Poderiam liberar o último almoço, ou simplesmente servir às 11h. Mas pelo contrário, tem uma gerente super grossa, que faz questão de fiscalizar para que ninguém tenha a chance de almoçar. Mas no check in, dependendo do horário vc já não come mais nada. Isso acabou com a reputação do hotel. ARAM NUNCA MAIS. Razoável , hotel com instalações antigas, varanda de madeira do quarto fazia medo se escorar e vai com varanda e tudo, não tem cadeira no quarto. Comidas razoáveis pelo valor porém muito repetitivas, o petisco por exemplo é a mesma coisa só acrescenta 1 diferente por dia, almoço deixa a desejar demais uma opção de feijão só ( feijoada) não tinha batata frita no almoço ( batata frita) que a maioria das crianças gostam, a limpeza da piscina não é lá essas coisas, o acesso para piscina só se dá por um local que é bem estreito por sinal. Refrigerante só de 2l algo que me incomodou a todo instante me deslocar pra ir colocar no copo, água da mesma forma. O ponto positivo é que você pode levar bebida a vontade para beber na varanda do seu quarto. No dia que chegamos o hotel estava infestado de moscas. Não conseguimos almoçar e o jantar também ficou comprometido. O café da manhã do outro dia continuou do mesmo modo onde as moscas tomaram conta de toda a comida que estava toda a amostra e sem condições nenhuma de higiene. Nesse dia o hotel fez uma limpeza no refeitório no que melhorou consideravelmente. O quarto deixou um pouco a desejar no tamanho, quarto seria para 4 pessoas, as camas ficaram bem juntar e sem espaço para circulação. O All inclusive é um pouco limitado, falta opções de cervejas por exemplo, refrigerantes são em garrafas de 2l para se servir, bem chato ficar levantando pra ir buscar, os petiscos próximo a piscina são bem limitados, sem variedades e falta sabor.
