"Turned up 4 people they said room only for 3 max. My friend offered to stay in a hammock outside the room . Not accepting that she then forked out over £100 for another room which was only available 1 night we were there for 2\. Then the management the next day had a change of heat and all 4 of us were allowed in the original room . Disgusting treatment just to get another £100+"

"The place was in a great location, bed was comfortable, location was perfect (and accommodated my car just outside). Helena and her staff were so lovely and helpful. This place is perfect. Aircon was great, was clean, if I return to Pipa, I will stay here again "

"o Flat tem serviços e amenidades diferentes do hotel. Não fui bem informada sobre isso. Nem toalhas de piscina são oferecidas aos hóspedes do flat. Se soubesse, teria levado. Limpeza, toalhas extra, papel higiênico extra, tudo deve ser solicitado e pago a parte. A propriedade em si é linda, camas confortáveis e a localização é ótima. Qualidade da comida muito boa!"

Breakfast was as much as you ordered and made fresh just after you ordered, just all of it, great.
