"Love the room with the walk-in shower. Room was exceptionally clean and very updated. My only complaint is that the breakfast was not served until 7 AM. Those of us need to get to a job didn’t get our coffee this morning. We assumed breakfast would be served at 6 AM as it is at most hotels."

"Great location for beach lovers. I loved that they had beach chairs and boogie boards to use for free. Only down side was not have two beds in second bedroom. Room seems to have space but it would be perfect for two couples to share compared to our family of 6 with kids that don’t like to sleep in same bed. We arrived after office hours but they made let check in a breeze."

"Pros:1. The office that runs the listing was very kind, accommodating and responsive. Check-in was a breeze. They did a great job.2. View is fantastic. 3. The area within about a half mile is nice. Outside of that not so much. 4. Neighbors were nice. We didn’t get any complaints. Sometimes you get owners that like watch and complain about every little thing but we had no problems so that was appreciated. 5. Balcony on 2nd floor was nice to sit and watch the waves. You have shade there too. 6. Enough parking for 3 cars so that was really nice. 7. Kitchen is stocked. I wish there was coffee and a bigger coffee pot. Cons:1. Windows are dirty or maybe stained2. Outdoor furniture is old and the porch area is cluttered. Hard to enjoy the beach area since it is uneven, has debris you have to be careful not to step on and no umbrella for shade. 3. House is very outdated but it wasn’t a big deal.4. The bedroom on the 3rd floor had a toilet but no sink or shower/tub. That turned out to be very inconvenient. 5. Beds were not that comfortable. It was hard to sleep in due to the brightness in the room. Might be time to replace the carpet. 6. It would be nice if the bathrooms had rugs"
