"Great location on the beach for a family reunion! 10 of us enjoyed this property and staying on the sand was the best! Quiet beach…who would imagine having almost no one around in mid-July! Quirky layout (stairs to the top bedroom are in the master bedroom with no door up above), but we made it work for our 4 adult kids and two teen grandkids. Lots of space for everyone to eat together, games and cards on the table at night and enjoyed the BBQ too! Has an old, small town beach feel, which we loved. Short trip to Ventura Harbor Village, Maritime museum, and some small local shops. Would highly recommend for privacy and a relaxing location! "

This is the best beach house we've ever stayed!You can literally walk from the property to the beach bear foot and you can see the beach as you're having breakfast in the front patio. The garage was stocked with all Beach essentials you can think of which makes this beach getaway home So perfect; eliminating any need for additional packing beach toys or chairs or umbrellas or boogie boards.The property was spotless and very comfortable. The owners were very responsive to all needs! Can't wait to come back!"
