The staff were helpful and friendly. We liked our room since it had Marina view. However, you can hear everything. Other guests were loud even at 12 midnight until morning. At 7am, guests were playing loud music and we couldn’t have peace. We went there to have a relaxing evening and away from the city, well, we didn’t get that. Other hotels in Chanel Island were telling us before we checked in to “respect other guests “ so we were aware that we need to be quiet.

Clean and nice rooms, good breakfast with options. Parking lot isn’t huge but enough space to park. I wish the check-in and check-out time was earlier so that you can keep all luggage in your room at a decent time.
