"I thought the room was very clean until I dropped my lipstick and had to hunt for it. Not good under bed and food under the floating head board. The breakfast buffet was very good with many choices."

"The young woman behind the desk when I checked into was untruthful and very aggressive twords me. On the Expedia site it's tells me to make sure that I call the hotel before I check in about my room, my accommodations and I did a couple of time's the morning before going to the hotel and check in to make sure that' the room that I booked had a walk in shower because it was a must for me, a deal breaker. The couple times that I called and spoke to the young lady about my room and if it had a walk in shower she said yes both time's over the phone on the morning of check-in.I got up to my room and began to unpack.I went to use the bathroom and noticed that it was a tub and no walk in. I called the front desk calmly and peacefully asking why did you tell me that my room had a walk in shower when it doesn't. The young lady denied ever saying that to me. She continued to be combative and very aggressive, saying that she never said that ( calling me the lier), she then said that I should gather all my things and that she would refund me the money and have me out of the hotel in 5 minutes.She was horrible not hospitable. I am deemed disabled by the SSI Administration. "

"This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff really are wonderful which makes the stay so wonderful. The breakfast is delicious, especially the little scones. The shower is fantastic."

"Had a confirmation on a room with 2 queen beds. Received a room with one king bed and was charged the two queen bed price. A $20 difference. Luckily we caught the issue prior to leaving and had the problem rectified. The room was not well cleaned, the water out of the sink was milky white and only enough towels for one person. Because we were tired and the bedding appeared to be clean enough and no sign of bed bugs. We stayed the night. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to booking. I expected much better from a Radisson Hotel."

"From the dystopic check-in kiosk talking to someone hundreds of miles away to people shouting at night, from the TV that had no programming to the bedside plugs not working, this is a bare-bones motel and nothing more. Not sure if any humans are actually working at this hotel..."

"Clean and spacious room. Large and very nice lobby. Helpful friendly staff. We’ve stayed here many times over the years and plan to return. "

"Overall stay was okay, room was spacious. AC was good. Check-in and check-out process was smooth and breakfast was good as well. Rooms were dated and definitely needed upkeep. There was no room service for the 2 nights we stayed. It’s definitely very conveniently located off the highway. I wish the rooms were a bit more fresh/updated. Staff was great and helpful, breakfast was great with a bunch of options and ample parking."
