"Clean room, beach view, valet parking"

"The accommodations were clean and fine. But there is no actual person at the front desk. The job was outsourced and I had to have someone on a screen check me in. This is not an acceptable way to run a hotel. I'd like to interact with a real person in front of me. Won't stay at hotels again that outsource their front desk employee positions overseas."

"I enjoyed everything, specially the host suggestion to sit at the parlor next to the bar. It was amazing to hear the piano and the singer. Thank you!"

"It was difficult to get needed toiletries and such from house keeping. Took hours or even a day to get clean towels, etc. Beach chair and umbrella rentals did not lower rental cost if purchasing a chair later in the day. We did not accommodate in that matter."
