Only 1.5 miles away from the beach, minutes away from the nearby plaza, which offers dining experience, shops, supermarkets, gas stations, etc. The well-known downtown district is only four miles away and Mercato, if you are looking for nighttime activities. Brand new High-end furniture and beds. Welcome, Home! Cozy,private,high end and close to the beach and dining! Perfect place for your vacation. All around the house and its backyard. The guests will be entirely private but help with everything is provided 24/7 7/11(Gas station) right around the corner, Publix, Amore Ristorante(Italian), Starbucks, Outback( Steakhouse), Cibao Grille(Caribbean restaurant), Domino\`s( Pizza), Skillets and First Watch (Breakfast places), South Street Bar, Yard House Bar, Pelican Larry\`s Bar, Venetian Village ( shopping and high-end restaurants, etc all within a mile. We have 3 bicycles on-premise and also 2 car driveway. Uber is the main transportation used in Naples to get you around from point A to point B since is cheap and location is in your favor. If you decide to rent a car for your stay in Naples you would enjoy free parking or premises and around Naples everywhere you would go. Just enjoy every single detail of the house. UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK-OUT - In order to prepare the space for subsequent guests, standard check-out time is strict at 11 AM. Failure to comply will result in a minimum fine of $100\. Late check-outs must be arranged in advance with the HOST. Gatherings and Parties are strictly forbidden. Unauthorized Gatherings and parties will be penalized with $300\. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate the property without any refund. \- UNAUTHORIZED PETS - Even though we understand pets are part of the family, unfortunately, pets are now allowed. If you have a service animal, you must let us know so we can inform you about our house rules. Failure to abide by this rule will result in a minimum fine of $300, and up to $600\. \- A $200/per day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest checks out. Monitors are installed in the home and the host will be remotely notified when smoke is present. \- An additional cleaning fee of $75 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS - GUEST acknowledges and understands that each and every guest or guardian is solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury, or loss sustained to any person while in-residence, and neither the HOST nor the Owner accepts legal or financial responsibility. GUEST and guardians assume all risk of injury or other losses resulting from the use of residence or any other recreational activity while staying at the residence and will hold the HOST and/or Owner harmless with respect hereto. The two bedrooms made it perfect for me and my sister. The screened porch and backyard are a fantastic extra added bonus.
