"Check-in was a breeze. Charles' home was very inviting and clean and very spacious. Close to the beach and stores. Golf Cart rental helped my family of 8 get around smoothly. Will definitely be back here again. Charles was very prompt to the minor issue we had insuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. Very Quiet Neighborhood. "
"We enjoyed this house, our stay, and the Inlet Beach area more broadly. Home is located well, with convenient access to the beach. We found it helpful to rent an electric cart, though we needed to time our arrival to the beach each day to get parking.The home itself worked very well for us. Bedrooms and beds were good, though we would have preferred less firm pillows. We loved having a spacious upstairs den which all the kids on our family could hang out in. The kitchen is well designed with ample space for us to prep meals, and the grill outside worked well. Overall we felt the home was spacious and modern.Our top suggestion for improvement would be cleanliness on our arrival day. Specifically parts of the floor downstairs were sticky and unpleasant to walk on, such that we had to buy wipes and do our own cleaning . Also, in the garage was an overflowing kitchen sized trash bin filled with garbage and a disgusting liquid —all of which we had to empty into the big garbage bin for pickup the next morning. It Would have been nice if this had been taken care of and the trash bin rinsed out before we arrived. "

"My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary! Close drive to the beach and restaurants. Far enough away from Pier Park so you don’t have to fight traffic. We found a spot at the beach where most days there were only a handful of people (less than a mile from cottage). We had no problems with check in and it was a very quiet area. We would definitely visit again!!! "

"We had a wonderful week at this home. So bright and cheerful. All pics show the property well. Very clean and perfectly stocked for meals and entertainment. We really enjoyed the backyard games and firepit. We gave a couple suggestions and the owners were receptive. They were easy to communicate with and we would definitely return again! It's in a perfect location to Inlet beach (w parking and bathrooms) and everything you need is within 1/2 a mile. Highly recommend you book the state park "Shell Island" shuttle and spend an afternoon there. Catch the first shuttle at 10AM for your best chance to find beautiful shells. It was the best part of our trip!"
