Everything was intriguing; however, our key card was useless. We didn’t have access to any outdoor amenities that were included in our stay.

Emerald Isle is currently under construction as of March 2026. There is only one active elevator which creates long wait times. The unit was good, bit many outlets were not working. Property management moved us to a new resort (Portofino Island), which was great. I will book there instead next time.

We had a great stay at the Henderson Beach Resort! From start to finish the staff was amazing. We will be back, thanks for everything.

I liked the nightly entertainment. I loved that the hotel is directly on the beach. We had a balcony with view facing the gulf which was absolutely amazing. I loved how the property was divided. There was a grassy area with lounge chairs that was not overly crowded. You also had the pool area on the other side on the hotel but not too far if you wanted to take a dip and then you had beach bar area with food trucks and music for hanging out. Because the property was divided into many little cozy nooks, it was like you could create your own space to relax.

Staff, room, breakfast all great. Pool was exceptional. Maybe 5 minute Walk to the beach.
