Arrivato 8 luglio con mia moglie e ripartito oggi 10 luglio. Il Resort nel complesso è bello e con ottima vista. Nonostante sia 4 stelle mi chiedo come possano affittare pessime camere che ti aspetti, forse, da un 2 stelle. Purtroppo ci siamo fidati delle fotografie della camera pubblicata su Expedia, ma la camera che ci hanno dato non era quella pubblicizzata. 2 giorni in un buco di 15 metri quadri con un unica finestrella (non finestra) con vista sui condizionatori delle altre camere. Tv di 20 anni fa con decoder. Armadio ridicolo a colonna che dondolava. Il letto, con rete a molle rugginosa, ha il materasso deformato. Ho dovuto dormire sul bordo esterno altrimenti "rotolavo" al centro del letto. In camera c'è una porta comunicante con camera adiacente, che fa sentire tutto quello che viene detto/fatto nell'altra camera. Siamo rimasti totalmente delusi del trattamento. Le lamentele che abbiamo presentato sin da subito, sia alla reception, sia ad Expedia, non sono servite a niente. Purtroppo avevo già pagato per 2 notti, non rimborsabili, altrimenti saremmo andati via immediatamente Soggiorno da dimenticare e location da non consigliare. Viaggiamo da 40 anni, in Italia ed estero. Questa è stata la peggiore camera in cui siamo stati.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel itself was great, and we truly enjoyed our time here. If we are ever back in this area, we will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!
